Roasted lobster is a consumable food item that provides 50 health and 20 sustenance as well as the perk Sea Legs, which makes you immune to the slowing effects of water for 120 seconds. It is made by cooking raw lobster on either a campfire or a grill, and is used in fish fry.

On the sea voyage to Ashenfall, Zanik went through a period of shouting 'lobster!' at the end of perfectly normal conversations with her shipmates.
