Water Wading

Хождение по воде is a debuff given to players when they are standing in bodies of water. It slows them down greatly, akin to being Encumbered. Monsters and other NPCs are also affected by this debuff when they are moving in bodies of water. Players can consume foods that grant the Sea Legs perk, making them immune to the effects of Water Wading.
