Relentless infusion is a consumable drink item that provides 40 hydration and grants the perk Relentless Ranger, which reduces the stamina cost of ranged attacks by 33% for 300 seconds. It is made with clean water, animal hide scraps, and harralander in a stone range or cooking range. It is learned by unlocking Teamonger at level 14 Cooking, and requires interacting with a stone range first to learn the recipe.
