Velgar's Rise
Восхождение Велгара, also known as Brakka's Folly, is a monument constructed for Brakka during the Third Age of Gielinor. It is located in Ashenfall within the Fractured Plains. When Brakka was killed and devoured, the tower, out of spite, was claimed by Velgar.
To gain access to Velgar's Rise, the arena to challenge Velgar, players must have started the Dragon Slayer quest.
At the top of the tower, a dragonkin altar can be found near the centre of the arena. The challenge horn can be used on the altar to challenge and fight Velgar.
After completion of Dragon Slayer, this arena may be accessed again to challenge Velgar. Subsequent challenges require additional challenge horns.
