Internal Alchemy

Внутренняя алхимия is a spell that is unlocked at level 20 Cooking. When used, it refreshes any active perks from food or infusions. It also provides the health from the refreshed perk food. This spell does not affect perks received from potions or other perk-giving items.

This spell has a cooldown of 210 seconds, which means that any food or infusion perk that lasts longer can be extended indefinitely by casting this spell before those perks expire. 10 nature runes are cheaper than any food or infusion, so this is an effective method of saving valuable ingredients.

For example, only clean water and dried cadavaberries are needed to maintain hydration and sustenance and this spell can maintain the more valuable perks from the more expensive foods and infusions.

Due to the long cast time of this spell, players will need at least 6 seconds left on their current buffs for them to be refreshed; otherwise they will run out and the spell will be wasted.

The druid Gastritix often struggled with Bramblemead dishes. Something about the rustic cooking troubled her stomach and she would find herself in constant distress. Even bread, simple as it was, would leave her doubled over in agony and there were many times where she regretted that day's meal. So it was that she created a spell, which would speed up her digestion to near instant speed, granting her the energy needed to survive, but somehow preventing her normal stomach issues.

Thereafter, with this spell in her repertoire, she became a noted local chef, finally able to enjoy a good meal.
