Trivia

  • According to Mod Raven, the armour is not intended to belong to Sir Percival Lateef, where the knight himself would have worn a different colour instead of the red, which is meant to be for initiates, is because it is iconic to the Old School RuneScape version of the armour. That being said, while it does have some inspiration to Old School RuneScape, it does have RuneScape's iconic wings on the helmet.
  • Unlike its RuneScape and Old School RuneScape counterparts, players do not need to kill a number of Black Knights in order to buy the armour.

You'll note that I left Sir Lateef's rank explicitly absent, because this sort of detail doesn't actually add anything to this discussion. His is a little side story with his own adventure for you to work out and consider, but his specific heirarchy in the order isn't actually of any relevance here. So, whilst he would be wearing higher ranked gear you haven't earned that rank (as there is no White Knight organisation on Ashenfall currently) and so you only wear the initiate armour.", in reply to: "That man was at least a Proselyte"
