Water Magic

Магия воды is a Magic skill perk granted at level 7 that allows the player to wield water runes to cast spells. Unlike with air or fire spells, water spells gradually make enemies slower (peaking at 30% reduced movement) and give players a chance to heal back a certain portion of their health (via water orbs) from defeated enemies at higher proficiencies.
