The Importance of Chaos

Важность хаоса is one of the five tomes in What Remains is Written. It is obtained north of the ominous gateway leading to Dowdun Reach. It's lying on a small incline on the south side of a small tower amidst a gateway ruin. It is on the south-western end of the ruin.

The ruin is surrounded by withered scenery and power-level 5 monsters.
