Reinforced leather, designed to withstand powerful attacks. Layers of stiffened leather folded together to strengthen one another, turning singular sheets into a powerful defensive force.

While metal is the preferred material for armour, leather has its charm. Its wearers boast greater agility and find it easier to hide the sounds of their movements than they can in metal gear. But its most important benefit is the relative cheapness of its construction.
