Великое смятение is a perk that is unlocked at level 44 Magic, allowing players to cast Confuse on more powerful enemies, such as:

• Garou thane
• Garou King
• Dire wolf

Mini-bosses such as zogres, dragons, and Tok-Xils are not affected by this spell.
