The wild creatures of
have always been elusive.
villagers would tell wild stories about the deer that got away or the sheep that shrugged off an arrow. Still, those who could wield a bow rarely left their family hungry.
One Wild Knight, Frode, was so skilled with the bow that he never returned from a hunt empty-handed. His siblings among the Wild Knights would send him out hunting before every great gathering, so that they might feast heartily upon his return. For years, this was their happiest tradition.
