There are moments in life where you just decide that something must be forced to suffer. These arrows are designed just for that. When your enemy aggrieves you so much that you want to rip and tear and bleed them to death, this is the arrow for you.

The Moon Garou do not use these arrows, even though they are aware of their construction. They consider it an unnecessary amount of suffering to inflict, when a well-placed shot is quicker and less dangerous for everyone else.

Bandits that take up these arrows soon find themselves mistrusted even by their fellow thieves.
