The Time of the Elder Gods

EventBrief description
Current cycle of the universe beginsThe Старшие боги shape the known universe after destroying the last one from the previous cycle, in an event known as the Great Revision. They eventually created Gielinor, their perfect world. Bik, Ful, and Wen laid their eggs deep within it, so that the anima the world produced would feed them. Jas had no egg to lay, having sacrificed hers to create the Stone of Jas. The dragonkin, a race of winged, reptile-like creatures, would survive the Great Revision by hiding in the Abyss.
Creation of AshenfallThey noticed that some anima created tasted different, thus they turned a continent of the planet into a vent for the anima, which would create an event known as the Anima Twist.
The servitors of the Elder GodsWhen the Elder Gods settled upon Gielinor, they brought the TokHaar, servants of the Elders, who were tools of the The Elder Kiln that helped forge the world. Some would be moved to Ashenfall in order to safeguard the Линза, a tool that was made to ensure the sun's light would be in a perfect temperature for the world. They would later be known as the КотХаар.

The Time of the Dragonkin

EventBrief description
The Rise of the DragonkinAfter millennia of searching for a new suitable homeworld, the dragonkin would land on Gielinor and found Orthen (which translates to "first city") on what is now Anachronia. The dragonkin researched and documented the world's native flora and fauna.
The Fall of the DragonkinA particular dragonkin by the name of Kerapac creates the Crucible, a device capable of converting normal anima into shadow anima, which he claims can bring their society equal in power to that of the Elder Gods. Without the approval of the other dragonkin, Kerapac uses this dangerous device, transforming vast quantities of anima. This angers the Elder Gods and, in response, Jas would destroy Orthen and enslave the dragonkin to the Stone of Jas.
The Curse of the StoneBound to the Stone as its guardians, the dragonkin were made to feel the pain of its misuse and were driven to hunt down any who were not an Elder God that drew power from it. The binding could not be undone, and the factions of Orthen each turned to a different means of escaping it. Kerapac's own Dactyl answered with science and created the dragons, hoping for a line beyond Jas's reach. The Nodon chose instead to sleep, entering a shared dream to wait the curse out. The Aughra left their bodies behind altogether, projecting their consciousness into other forms. The Necrosyrtes gave themselves over to the curse and took up the hunt as their purpose.

First & Second Age

EventBrief description
Гутикс's Discovery of AshenfallAfter travelling through the cosmos, Guthix discovered Gielinor and filled the world with new inhabitants. He also found several elder artefacts, tools used by the Elder Gods. He would discover Ashenfall and the unique properties of the continent with some of his followers, making a settlement in Бринмор.
Creation of runesDuring Guthix's stay in Ashenfall, he discovered magical rocks, researching, and studying them to try to get them to harness the element of the world, thus creating the first runes after using the Stone of Jas for help.
Settlement FormingGuthix would depart from Ashenfall to spread his discovery to the rest of the inhabitants he brought with him. Those who followed him to Ashenfall would remain and start forming settlements. The first being Деревня Брэмблмид, which was founded by Guthix when Ashenfall was discovered. Some humans would form the Дикие рыцари, an order of skilled scouts who protect the people from the wild.
The РасколAs the humans grew to inhabit their new homes, several would change in appearance, with beards turning into leaves, skin glowing like fire, and some even transforming to take on the qualities of the elements, thus gaining elemental abilities and becoming Амальгамы humans. Some humans would see them as impure or imperfect, where they would treat the Amalgamated humans differently, where the Amalgamated humans would suffer persecution and even be murdered by those who feared them. The Wild Knights and some other humans would attempt to protect the Amalgamated humans, offering them refuge against those who hunted them down.
Veil over AshenfallGuthix would return to Ashenfall, where he would witness, in horror, the crimes some of his followers committed. He would take some of the humans with him to the mainland- those who did not join the rest in killing the Amalgamated- and leave those who murdered the Amalgamated in Ashenfall. He would then appoint the Wild Knights as protectors of Ashenfall, to safeguard the wilds from the settlers and the settlers from the wilds. Guthix would attempt to hide Ashenfall from the rest of the world, placing a veil over the continent in the hope that it would not be discovered. Guthix would then hide from the world and go into a deep sleep, in the hope that he would be forgotten.
The Dragonkin's arrivalDespite the veil being placed, a group of dragonkin, who were fleeing persecution known as the Кабал would discover Ashenfall and settle within the northern region of Ashenfall, where they would use the continent's anima to create a new settlement for themselves. They would spread across Ashenfall, creating Хранилища to commence different experiments.
The garou's arrivalThe garou would arrive on Gielinor, led by their goddess Лугрим and settled in the mainland
Боги arrivalOn the mainland, a different continent, more gods would begin to arrive on Gielinor, causing minor conflicts over land and followers. Different gods would arrive, and others would ascend within Gielinor, each one claiming a large amount of land and followers. The Kharidian - Zarosian War would be a major point in history, ending with the betrayal of the Mahjarrat and the Zarosian Empire as the victor.
Заморак's usurpationLate in the Second Age, the Mahjarrat Zamorak turned on his master. Using two of the elder artefacts, he betrayed Zaros and drained away enough of his power to ascend as a god in his own right, leaving Zaros presumed defeated and vanished into the void. News of the usurpation spread across Gielinor, and it was that news which began the God Wars.

Третья эпоха

EventBrief description
The God WarsYears after the defeat of Zaros by the hand of Заморак, Zamorak returned from his departure to reclaim the Stone of JasThe mainland would be in a global conflict, with Zamorak fighting against Сарадомин, Армадил, and sometimes Бандос. Other gods and/or their followers participated in the war to claim land or power; some allied with one another. Civilians would flee the mainland in search of a new place to live in, not tainted by war. Amongst them are the garou, leg by lougrim
SettlersDuring the God Wars, Saradominist missionaries would arrive on the continent in hopes of escaping the ongoing war on the mainland. They would be welcomed and eventually start converting the Guthixians to worship Saradomin. Sometime later, the Гильдия рунотворчества was built to allow the Saradominist wizards a place of study and magical research. The Храм Сарадомина was later built as a house of worship. The Гильдия искателей приключений was formed to train new adventurers. The Бронзовые советники, an alliance between the Saradominists and Guthixians, would be formed to oversee equality between both religious beliefs. Some Zamorakians, who travelled with the Saradominist refugees in secret, would form the Дети теней. Lougrim would escape the mainland with the garou, settling within Гхорнфелл.
Saradominist rulingThe Saradominists would seek to become the dominant influence in Bramblemead, overthrowing the Guthixian druids and pushing them elsewhere on the continent. Policies began to slip more and more in favour of the Saradominist approach as the Guthixian faith slowly dwindled. The settlement of Bramblemead would begin to be ruled by a lord. The Крепость Синего пламени would be built for the lord to watch over the settlement. The Рыцари Сарадомина were formed as official police and army forces for Bramblemead. The Rasmodels would be exiled from Brynmoor, forcing them to travel further into the continent to make a home within Даудун-Рич. The Children of Shadows would follow along as their guards, later being reformed as the Чёрные рыцари.
Conflict with the garouThe humans would soon deplete all of the iron within Bramblemead Valley and encroach into the northern regions in search of more iron. Some garou hunting parties would see this as disrespectful, and small skirmishes between the two took place. After the death of their prince, the Война людей и Гару commenced. It mostly led to a stalemate, as the Шепчущее болото acted as a barrier between Brynmoor and the northern region.
Война людей и ГаруThe humans were forced to make a deal with the goblins for the assistance of the Bandosian army, with Bandos himself arriving to oversee the war in an attempt to face Lougrim, with whom he had a history. The garou would be pushed back, forcing Lougrim to make a deal with the dragonkin to tip the outcome in her favour. The dragonkin would unleash their dragons to attack the humans and their Bandosian allies. Bandos would personally intervene and face Велгар. Despite nearly winning, Bandos would be bested due to his arrogance, forcing the god of war to retreat. Velgar spilled his toxic blood on the fertile fields to the east, and this created the Болото КровогнилиThe Human loss would allow Lougrim to show mercy, forcing an uneasy alliance between the humans and garou. Кулдра would be created later on thanks to Lougrim's blood.
Era of uneasy peaceAfter the conflict, some human settlers would move to Феллхоллоу, to get away from the conflict the garou and humans were still committing. They founded Emberwood village. The ogres would arrive and live in harmony with the human settlers there. Имару and Ксикотал would be discovered by the settlers, but would be protected by the dragons, who assisted them in growing their crops and defending them from stray dragons. Within Dowdun Reach, the Black Knights would continue their rule, enslaving goblins and welcoming refugees, ensuring they worked as well.
Восстание драконовYears after Kuldra's creation, she assembled an army to overthrow the dragonkin. The dragonkin would start dying out, leaving Kuldra to be titled Dragon Queen. Lougrim and Kuldra would later fight, causing the Расколотые равнины to be formed in Ghornfell. Kuldra would ambush Lougrim and devour her. Kuldra becomes the High Queen; some of the garou reject her claim due to her victory being dishonourable. These factions would move to Сумрачные пески.
Umbral Sands' discoveryThe garou living here would struggle, as they were not used to living in a sandy region. They would discover Элидинис, who had arrived in the region at an unknown point in time. She began to teach the garou how to live in the region. She would soon be worshipped by them after her followers on the mainland learned she was associated with the moon. Cities would be made, allowing them to live in much better conditions Elidinis would later leave Gielinor.
Dragon AttackAfter overthrowing their masters and devouring Lougrim, Kuldra would order her children and the dragons to attack the human settlements. Imaru and Xikotal showed mercy to the humans, which was a direct affront to Kuldra's orders. Xikotal would be killed by Kuldra as punishment, leaving Imaru and the humans in Emberwood to grieve. Velgar would lay waste to Brynmoor's settlement, ruling it and Гхорнфелл. Фузан would rule over Сумрачные пески, where he would terrorise the garou there. After hearing of the dragon's attack, the Black Knights would defend the keep against invading dragons.
Imaru's CurseImaru would seek Раванна to revive her beloved; instead, she is gifted with more power, a curse. Imaru would attempt to use this against Kuldra, only to be killed by the God-Eater. Imaru would drink from the River Noumenon and claw her way out from death to continue her fight against Kuldra. Instead, she is corrupted and becomes hungry for souls. Due to the spreading rot and corruption of Imaru, inhabitants of Fellhollow would slowly turn into undead. Ravanna, unwilling to see the whole of Ashenfall and the greater world of Gielinor fall to Imaru's hunger, would split Imaru's curse into three fragments and seal the undead dragon in her tower.
Dreaming StoneAfter hearing of Imaru's death, the Black Knights were ordered to spare any blue dragon, believing it could preserve balance. The Wither plague within Fellhollow would cause the knights to close and block the access that linked the two regions. Guards were stationed in the crypt and graveyard to ensure undead would not rise due to the plague. Eventually, the Dreaming Stone, a crystal discovered by the knights, would start spreading whispers amongst them. Madness would start, and with the Dreaming Stone destroyed, it lingered for centuries.
Scorching DesertFuzan rules over Umbral Sands and attacks the garou there. He would speak to an entity who claims she was a god from off-world, a queen, and promised Fuzan power that could outshine even his mother. He accepts and begins to worship her. Fuzan learned to better wield his flames and other flames, and to mark the souls of his victims to empower himself and the goddess. Fuzan would take control of the KotHaar and the Lens, rendering the region uninhabitable during the day. The Entity would gather followers among the garou, either by transforming them or by having them worship the sun or flames. Fuzan would continue to terrorize the garou in Umbral Sands for fun.
Destruction of ForinthryOn the mainland, an alliance of Saradomin, Bandos, and Armadyl pushed Zamorak to the brink of defeat. In a last desperate ploy he used the Stone of Jas to set off a blast that wiped the region of Forinthry from the map, leaving behind the Wilderness in its place. Aside from whole settlements of aviansie, an army of them was reduced to ash in the same moment, among them Armadyl's own husband. The devastation was enough to wake Guthix from his slumber.
End of the God WarsGuthix would awaken and end the gods' war using the Edicts to place a barrier around Gielinor, evicting the gods and ensuring none enters Gielinor, only the demigods and powerful beings would remain.

Fourth & Fifth Age

EventBrief description
Lost in the VeilAshenfall remains hidden within the veil. Any survivors who fled would lose their memories of it. Some travellers would encounter Ashenfall and either die there or leave, but could never spread the knowledge of it. Gielinor as a whole would slowly recover from the God Wars, rediscovering Runecrafting, teleportation, and more.
Guthix's deathGuthix's resting place was discovered, alerting all of the gods' followers who wished for their respective god to return. The Guardians of Guthix would arrive, and with the assistance of the AdventurerThe adventurer is made a new guardian. Guthix was slain by the Mahjarrat SliskeThe adventurer is titled the World Guardian, with the power to protect Gielinor.

Шестая эпоха

EventBrief description
Return of the godsWith Guthix dead and his Edicts undone, the gods returned to Gielinor and the world fell into conflict once more. Zamorak and Saradomin were the first to fight, attempting to claim Guthix's energy found in Lumbridge. Zamorak was defeated. A contest for the Stone of Jas was issued by Sliske, with the winner needing to be the one who kills the most gods. Bandos would participate and build a weapon to kill a god. Армадил would do the same in order to prevent Bandos from using the weapon. Bandos was defeated and killed. Zaros returned. Брассика Прайм and Marimbo would have their own "conflict", a party contest, where Brassica was the winner. Tuska started making her way to Gielinor. Most of the world's factions joined forces to stop her. The Godless is victorious in dealing the most damage. She is slain by Vorago, who allied with the Godless. Seren returned. The Heart of Gielinor is found, and a battle has started between Zarosians, Serenists, Zamorakians, and Sliske's followers. Sliske's contest ends, with the stone being destroyed. A council is formed to deal with a new threat: the Elder Gods. Zaros would leave this universe, entering Erebus. Elder Gods' eggs are close to hatching. The eggs are moved to a secure location, and the remaining gods would assist in harnessing the anima within them to delay the hatching. A battle was started between the Elder Gods and the mortals of Gielinor. The battle concluded with Jas being sealed in Erebus and the eggs being hatched in Iaia, where they remain with Seren. Zamorak would invade Gielinor with his army of demons and followers. The world factions once again joined forces to defend the civilians. The World Guardian and the Guardians of Guthix learn how to recreate the Edicts of Guthix. The World Guardian, with help, fought Zamorak and banished him from Gielinor. Eventually, all other gods are banished as well, even those who are considered as powerful as gods, such as Nex. Gielinor, once again, is in the hands of mortals.
The Doomed ExpeditionAfter the turmoil on the mainland, Ashenfall was revealed, and many rich individuals funded an expedition to discover more about this mysterious land. This expedition would find the continent of Ashenfall ruled by dragons, and many members would die in dragon attacks. Only the Мудрый старик, the leader of the expedition, Ваннака, Заник, Дорик, and a young adventurer called Кэтан would be among the survivors of the attacks who'd wash up upon the shores of Ashenfall.
Discovery of Temple WoodsTraversing through the wilderness of Ashenfall, the remaining survivors would discover an old Saradominist church ravaged by time's decay. They would uncover an inactive lodestone in the church and, using supplies they found on their travels, repair it to contact the mainland. While waiting for reinforcements from the mainland, the young adventurer Кэтан would leave the group to set off on his own to defeat the dragon overlords.
The Fight against DragonsWith contact established with the mainland, many adventurers teleport into the ruined Saradominist temple to meet with the Wise Old Man and learn the basics of surviving in this strange continent. Once these adventurers get their bearings, they report to the Wise Old Man, who sends them out to look for Cathan. They eventually find his ghost lingering near his skeleton near Velgar's Rise in Ghornfell, who tells them about making a horn to challenge Velgar. They defeat Velgar and open the way to Феллхоллоу and to put to rest the revenant dragoness Imaru at the behest of Death. After putting Imaru to her final rest, handing her head to Death, they head to the ominous gateway to meet up with the Wise Old Man once more to uncover the secrets of the Dreaming Stone (later revealed to be a dragonkin called Ависк) and open the way to the Сумрачные пески. When the way opened to the desert, defeating the Титан Чёрных рыцарей, they ventured forth to meet with Иктларин and build a reputation with the Moon Garou to overthrow the tyrant Фузан. With Fuzan defeated, the only threat left was his mother, Кулдра.
