Windstep

Шаг ветра is a spell that is unlocked at level 5 Agility, allowing the player to reach higher ledges by jumping up to 16 metres high. In addition, the spell can be cast to act as a slow-fall effect when trying to go from high to low places. However, the slow-fall effect will not mitigate fall damage completely, but will reduce it dramatically to survive a fall that would normally kill the player. Players have seven seconds to use the spell before it disappears.

At level 40 Agility, the spell gets the Wind Stomp perk, which allows a staggering effect on near by enemies when landing.

The air can be wrapped as a cloak around you, making heights much less scary to face. Once, long ago, young druids would use windstep to hurl themselves from atop the highest mountains, descending to the ground below. Higher and higher they would climb, each trying to outdo the other. Until the inevitable finally intervened.

Since that tragic day, it has been well known that there is a limit to the height at which Windstep might protect someone. They call it the splat-limit, because druids are very bad with names.
