Stamina potion grants the perk Stamina Potion, preventing stamina drain from all actions for 20 seconds. Upon using the potion, the player must wait roughly 75 seconds (1 minute and 15 seconds) starting from consumption to use another potion. This, effectively, means players must wait 55 seconds after the potion effect ends to use another dose if players want to multi-dose.

Well, the humble stamina potion is +1 against lactic acid. If you're planning on physical activity and want to flick the bird to exhaustion, then we would recommend making one or two.
