Ramus Lumen

Рамус Люмен was a wizard and member of the Wizard's Guild on Ashenfall. A statue dedicated to him can be found at the guild, and serves as the starting point for the Highlighting the Problem quest. The statue contains a magical recording of a mysterious voice, which is most likely the voice of Ramus Lumen, indicating that he had knowledge of how to create a staff of light.
