Lost souls are power level 2, 3, and 5 aggressive NPCs in Fellhollow, encountered if the player is soul rifting. After a 30 second grace period while soul rifting, power level 2 lost souls appear and attack the player. After 150 seconds, these lost souls become power level 3.

During the fight with Imaru, the lost souls encountered are power level 5.
