Lesser potion of Attack is unlocked at level 34 Attack, allowing the player to create the lesser Attack potion at the brewing cauldron. While the skill tree labels this as a "Lesser" potion of Attack, upon reaching 34 Attack, the only new potion recipe added to the journal is for the lesser Attack potion.
