Curse Fragment (Despair)

The curse fragment of despair is a quest item used in Withering Heights along with the curse fragments of rage and grief to dispel the barrier to Imaru's lair.

This can be found at the top of the Silverthorn Keep region of Fellhollow, and is guarded by a green dragon.
