• In Old School RuneScape, ancestral robes are rare drop rewards for completing the Chambers of Xeric.
• In RuneScape, there is an achievement called It Should Have Been Called Ancestral, which is unlocked when creating a full set of Starbloom equipment to +5. This achievement is a reference to Old School RuneScape's ancestral robes, which almost made its way to RuneScape, but the idea was scrapped.
