Абраксус Вечный is an undead NPC that is featured in the What Remains is Written secondary quest. To start the quest, you must have the full necromancer robes and a ghostspeak amulet from the crumbling well in Bramblemead Village.

There is a lore book slightly north-east of Abraxus.
