Леонард Скованный is one of five books in in the quest Что остаётся — записано that players must find to return to Абраксус Вечный. The book is found in the gateway south of Скеквен-Кара vault, a connecting area between the Озеро потерянных душ and Крепость Сильверторн. It is on the western gate, just below the southern tower.
There are two skeletal warriors and one skeletal hoplite in this area. It also contains two chests, one requiring a spade, and six rune essence rocks on the ground in the nearby nook.
